Ravi packed and despatched a large, antique ceramic plate which arrived in the UK quickly and safely. He was very helpful at all stages of the process and responded immediately to all my queries. An excellent service that I'd use again and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone else.

Remarkably good service from Ravi and Aman.The shipment was a 170-year old painting to Vietnam. They used DHL, the best option for Vietnam. The accompanying documentation was properly done as far as Vietnam was concerned (this is not usual in my experience with shipments from other senders), smoothing the way through customs with only nominal intervention needed on our side. The packaging could not have been better done. Kudos!

Their customer service was excellent with lots of listening ,explanations and taking great care with my international package.It arrived very quickly to Melbourne, with no problems, and with access to great tracking for piece of mind.Thankyou once again .I thoroughly recommend this company to everyone.

I wanted to send some framed pictures to my daughter's in Australia. A lot of places I tried couldn't guarantee the frames wouldn't get broken during transit. The pictures arrived 6 business days later all intact. Very, very happy with the service. Will definitely use Pack & Send again.

I was hugely impressed with the service from Pack & Send Dunedin. When i arrived with a box of china to get to the top of the south island,it did not faze them at all. They helped me to feel confident in their ability to pack & deliver to my destination safely. When i arrived home the box was there and was perfectly and professionally packed. Top marks to all. I would highly recommend this company to all. I am already planning to use them again in the future.

Ravi was easy and professional to deal with. Everything got picked up and sent away to Brisbane. He also arranged to get my stuff rerouted to Perth at short notice. And no damage. Would use them again

Excellent Experience! They quoted the shipping of artwork within a day, had picked it up within 2 days from rural Dunedin, it was couriered and arrived in Auckland a week or so later, where I opened it and found it was very well packed with no risk it could be damaged. I couldn't recommend more highly.
