Let me just say that the staff at Willis Street Wellington who were working on Sunday morning are absolutely 100% professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgable in what they do.

I would like to express my utmost appreciation and admiration as a customer, and personally thank a staff member in the Willis Street, Wellington store in hopes that your company could recognize and celebrate this woman as she is an asset for any business. I really hope she gets this and her manager sees this and acknowledges it. I believe I was taken care of by a lady named Max/Marks (apologies if I got her name/spelling incorrect).I’d like to start by saying, her customer service skills are impeccable! She had such passion in selling the brand and really outdid herself by doing the best for her customer. I came in yesterday to purchase a jacket for myself and also a present for my friends birthday, my friend originally came in the store with me while we browsed. I was trying to keep it a secret from him that I wanted to get him a couple of items from the store. I whispered to her explaining the situation and she willingly jumped on board. I purchased the items and in the end, I came back into the store later that day when I wasn’t with my friend to pick up the items. To my surprise she wrapped it nicely in wrapping paper and also had the initiative to purchase a small birthday cake from the store next door and a whole chocolate! Mind you we’ve only just met that day! I was stunned. My friend really felt the love on his birthday and was pleased by the cake and present.I’ve worked in customer service all my life and her approach, enthusiasm and willingness to assist in our interaction have made the experience unforgettable and pleasant. She really did go above and beyond and I really really appreciate that. great range of mens clothing and customer service is great and friendly staff. they will help you if you need any advice. one of my favourite mens clothing brand as their product quality is great and last very long.

Bad product quality . Recently bought 5 polo T-shirts for my family members in overseas, the t-shirt got expanded /stretched after first wash , now the XL sized t-shirts are XXXL, didn't expect such poor quality from Rodd and gun. I spent around 79.99 dollars for each t-shirt .this was an absolute insult for me because everyone returned and complained about the poor quality product which I gifted them. planning to file a complaint against brand for selling poor quality products . photos of t-shirts stretched are added , for reference t-shirt which is not washed (left) is placed beside the stretched one , bought 2 shirts from tawa outlet and the remaining where ordered by the sales representative from the Willis street/ Lambton quay store because they don't have the particular size shirt in there store.

Parking hard work but the service from the staff make it worth while. Great selections of Mens clothing in a clean, modern setting.

Bought a couple of pairs of jeans. Nice staff. Picking up a jacket next week too.

Perfect collection for the men. Love the setup of the store. Prices are bit higher but worth the price since the quality is so good. Material is very durable too. Have a good collection for the winter as well. Dresses are formal and semi formal.

This store is located on the willis street near countdown.It's clothing store.The store has nice collection of clothes.I visited this store only once as i need to purchase a full sleeve shirt. I bought one from here and later on realised that i already have the same shirt with same pattern.So i just went to the store a day after i purchased it and they have happily accepted it after checking it for the quality purpose and refunded me the full amount.
