I had sns done on my nails twice at K Nails. The first time the sns detached from the base so that it tore at the lop layers of my natural nails whenever they caught on things.The second time was a lot better after I told them about it and showed them.The last time I was at k nails I chose not to have my nails redone after the girl had removed the previous sns. I asked that she only buff them and oil them. She was in such a rush to finish and completely careless. Not going back

The ladies are extremely nice, but the wait time is absolutely shocking. I had booked well in advance for an 11am appointment.. and wasn't seen until 11.45am.Also no autoclave to be seen. Unsanitary practice.

Walked into the nail salon to check if they did gel bottle nails. The lady just smirked & ignored the conversation while I waited for an answer(pretty much rolled her eyes). Rude! Next time it would be polite to please reply, No

Had booked an appointment for two people, however only one staff member was available at the appointment time. No apology or mention of the obvious overbooking.We had booked for nail art which was on the menu, however none of the staff were able to do nail art. They said all they could do was a flower. In the end we decided to leave and go elsewhere.Would not recommend.

Booked for nail art and when I arrived asked for a sea theme, they looked at my ideas and just said no. Couldnt even do a simple starfish. So I asked what nail art theycould do, got told 'a flower', then she walked off. We had booked for 2 of us and one of us was going to have to wait, everyone busy. We left. Very rude staff, do not recommend.

The ladies here are the best at sns nails - I have been elsewhere and they have always cracked or chipped within a couple of weeks. At KNails they last until they grow out so far you need a new set! (4 weeks plus). Only let down is they tend to overbook/take lots of walk-ins so just allow extra time in your schedule :)

The staff is lovely but just not the best salon out there unfortunately, nails are wonky and a bit chunky and they did them really rushed and hardly filed them.
