There was a mix up with colours when I ordered an item online, however their team promptly replied and rectified this straight away. They went above and beyond and arranged someone to drop it off so I didn't have to wait for a courier as they had someone from Head office in the Tauranga area. Really happy with their service and I'll be ordering more from them in the future.

I have personally bought out of Havelocks store when down in Hawkes Bay or ordered online from here in Waiuku. I LOVE the clothing... their quality and the service. In my top 5 NZ places to buy clothes.

Very nice store with wide products variety and excellent service with great knowledge. I come up with one thing in mind, but was kindly advised what would works better for me. I highly recommend, will back again.
