Selling a much loved beach house in my late 70s and in a falling market was a daunting prospect for me until a chance encounter with Kim and Brent changed everything. Brent guided me through each step and solved any problems along the way. If a task got too much, Brent and Kim were there to help. Such hands on assistance was beyond any expectations I had of a real estate agency! With such support and encouragement along with some welcome humour, the process ran smoothly. Brent, Kim and team worked hard at promoting the house, taking no offer for granted until the house was sold.
