Just popped in for a spontaneous dinner last Friday. Had the most delicious laksa. The food was generally very fresh, healthy and delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly. Amazing art (all made by the owner of the café) and music (I think on Friday nights). Would definitely recommend if you're in or around Collingwood!

This cafe looks quite nice in an arty way. Then we started reading the signs! There's a Trespass warning about fining anyone working in government, for local councils or the police and military and even the SPCA $10 grand for entering. Farcial though it is, it clearly sets the tone for the management's attitude and since it covers most members of my family we decided not to go in.Clearly we weren't alone as there were no customers inside or out on a sunny Friday lunchtime. Instead we went to the welcoming (and busy) Courthouse cafe down the road where we had a delicious lunch.

Great interior with alternative vibe all over. I just popped in for a quick cold drink, and loved every minute of it.What a little gem!

2nd time in cafe, first time coffee was not great. Decided to give them another go. Ordered fish and chips, asked for kumera chips expecting these to come out with the fish. Asked what size the fish would be. had, what I thought was a conversation about the fish and what I would get. 50mins later. Only had kumera chip out, asked where the fish was, found he got my order wrong and missed the fish. I saw him write down, fish $9 kumera chips $8. I got a refund of $10 cash, but left hungry. Very confused about the menu and cafe. Could be a great little place to put on the Collingwood map.

Great toasted sandwich, excellent coffee & fab atmosphere. Owner very kindly explained the story behind a few of his paintings.
