Nelson Day Spa

Took my daughter on a weekend away and this was the only place that could take a booking with one days notice. The customer service was good considering short staffed, had a massage, no music but good massage.

10/10 A+++ 100% recommend. Fantastic service, amazing results, will definitely be becoming a regular. Even if you're unsure what you want done, head on in with a vague idea and you'll be taken care of. All I could offer was Christmas Nails and I've gotten an amazing nail art gel manicure that I'm getting compliments on multiple times a day. The ladies in there are friendly and lovely and happy to help you. You will not regret going in. Their prices are absolutely fantastic, best that I have seen around for nail art especially, and they were even able to accommodate my mother who has very sensitive nails and fingers, she was able to get a lovely set of dipped nails and has had no reaction at all. She will definitely be returning alongside me in future.

Had an amazing experience here! They took me in without a booking and did my nails. The did nail art and used gems and gave me a discount during ball season! Would recommend to anyone was amazing !

Sorry, not good. Always looks like it needs a good vacuum and l was very clear on the phone about what l wanted and was disappointed when l was told that l wasn't getting a spa manicure in thd price agreed on.... the lady was in a rush to finish with me and didn't even come out to check if my nails were dry after some time. Never seems to be enough staff.

Sns nails don’t last as long as my usual place, only 1-2 weeks which is abit disappointing as quite expensive there, the lady fixed them but was unhappy and seemed angry to do so she said she would normally charge me as it has been more than 1 week but didn’t charge me this timethank goodness. my usual place lasts more than 4 weeks without any lifting or breakage, I won’t be going back.In response to your reply, as you can see the owner is very argumentative and not good customer service when they make a mistake.my nails were done 9 days ago and I couldn’t come in sooner as I was working every day but I noticed starting to chip and lift on day 5. This salon is one of the most expensive prices in town so was expecting better quality and service for the price I paid.I came back hoping that I would get the other nail technician, unfortunately not, and I was polite and friendly and willing to pay for a fresh set and also hoping to try out the service again and give Nelson Day Spa another go.I will be spreading the word that this is not a good nail salon.

This was my first time at Nelson Day Spa, my appointment was 1pm and I was escorted to my seat for a pedicure by friendly staff on time, I also had a manicure plus eye brow wax and tint. I am very pleased with the service, and friendly staff and will definitely be back.

Traveled from Murchison to Nelson !! Looking to get our nails done ! Very welcoming on arrival the lady was very happy and chatty. Fit both my aunty and I in almost immediately. Lovely customer service was just a welcoming atmosphere!! Thank you Jenny? and the staff !! We enjoy our first ever nail experience!!!We will be back ladies x

Very poor service!They ruined my eyebrows when I specifically told the lady who did my eyebrows that I had a party to attend .she was so careless and didn’t know what she was doing.When she realised she messed it up she called in the owner, Jenny! Jenny came in and for the name sake she checked my eyebrows and apologised saying “sorry we can’t do anything now, for today please correct it with eye pencil . We won’t charge you today. We have others customers now.. you please go!” What kinda person would say that..!People think a million times before you go in there!!!
