Have been going to get all my clothing altered here for awhile now I wouldn’t trust any one else she is amazing and so accommodating even at short notice she manages to send me off happy. Highly recommend very good at what she does.

I had the pleasure of meeting Lei with a big problem on my hands. 26 uniforms, of 8 different sizes, each needing 3 patches sewn on them in specific locations within the week.Her manner was immediately recognizable as a master of her craft. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient.We agreed placement of badges on each of the different sizes of uniform and the costs. I then had to make a slight tweak over the phone.Everything was done on time (to a most satisfactory standard), as agreed, with no fuss, delay or excuses. I highly recommend Flawless Tailoring. Lei's work, really is, flawless, and she made my problem disappear - thank you Lei :-)

A very professional operation and we'll priced

I originally went to Flawless Tailoring to have curtains made and have since been back multiple times for numerous things including ball dress alterations and new pockets for an old pair of shorts. The quality of the alterations and customer service are both amazing and I wouldn't recommend anyone else for the wider Northcote area.

Highly recommended. A very nice job of altering a ball gown, in such a way that we can let it out again later if we need to.Beautiful work, & took the time to explain different ways to alter the dress, gave us time to decide with no pressure.Thank you! We will be back.
