Peace and Performance Osteopathy
I went to Graeme in 2020 for sore ankles, that I had been on and off struggling with for two years at that point. My GP just said everyone has injuries and pain. I am very pleased to say it was sorted out with just two appointments and I don't have pain anymore.I recently went on a long walk and thought if it wasn't for the treatment I wouldn't have been exercising at all. All the staff is welcoming and friendly. Thank you!

Yvonne at Peace and Performance Osteopathy is hands down the best massage therapist I have been to. She listens well and works with you on where to focus the massage. I feel so relaxed and restored after my appointments. Highly recommend.

Peace and Performance Osteopathy
Loved the name of this business and rang in 2015 with neck pain, hoping for a quick fix. It is now 2016 and I am very thankful to Tony Howat for helping me see that there is no quick fix as the neck pain was just one layer that was causing pain. Tony has helped with pain and anxiety so I can be drug free. I look forward to our weekly sessions as Tony always makes me laugh which is good therapy just on its own. I now have the confidence to start more exercise in my daily routine and I have started Pilates at Peace. Thanks to everyone at Peace Clinic especially Tony.

I had a frozen neck with extremely limited range of motion and I was recommended to go to Peace and Performance. I was treated twice, once by Graeme and once by Sarah and my neck is 100% better. All the staff at Peace and Performance are so helpful and kind, and I felt completely at ease during my treatment. Peace and Performance Osteopathy
Absolutely the best place to go for any pain or injury. Graeme has amazing knowledge and experience about the body, both skeletal and muscular. He very quickly works out what is going on and gets it fixed as fast as possible. He especially focuses on getting you back to full health rather than making you dependent on him. He has cured my tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, back spasms and other minor issues and I have also taken my children to him for joint or muscle pain. I tell all my friends and when they finally go, they say they wish they had gone sooner!
