Leaders Property Management
Lived in a flat managed by Leaders for 2 years and it was my most positive experience with any property management company or private landlord. Moved from China to Wellington for my uni study. It was not easy for an overseas application but Ashley is such a patient and helpful staff who just helping me get through all of this. She showed me the room tour video, and taught me how to set up all the stuff. I would definitely recommend her and Leaders Property Management.

We family of three lived in Soho apartments, WEL CBD over the last 5 years managed by Leaders Property Management. We had an excellent stay during that period. Also, the entire Leaders team was so helpful and rendered its best service at any point of time during our stay. We are so amazed on all type of services which they provided in the past (example: any breakdown of service, minor plumbing etc).
