May Nails Howick

I received a gift voucher for Christmas and decided to use it in April. When I got my voucher out I saw that it had expired 1 April which is a very short time to have a voucher valid for. Pretty annoying because that’s $50 wasted. When I called they said they no longer sell vouchers ether and that their vouchers were only valid for 3 months. Disappointed.

Have been going here for years, and it's the ONLY place I get my nails done! I'm always happy with the results - Highly recommend ✨

Usually when I go here the service is great and my nails look great.But today I had my toes done, a pedicure and the staff member cut my toe, made it bleed and blamed it on “dry skin” when it was definitely her cutting it with the cuticle scissor.I was offered no reparations or apologies and charged the full amount.I don’t think I want to go here again. Which is disappointing.

Dear May Nails Howick. After saving up her own pocket money, my daughter had her nails done professionally for the first time today. She was very upset and sent me a photo of the end result. I went through other reviews and photos that doesn't look as bad as this and surely whoever did her nails today rushed through to get to the next customer in. It looks so bad that she wants me to soak it off as soon as she comes home. What a disappointment! Her cuticles look worse than before she walked in there and the product looks thick as if it wasn't filed and finished properly. No cuticle oil was applied after the manicure and the product even sits all over her fingers. I will never recommend your service to anyone if this is the result of $50 of hard savings. This is unacceptable!
