Farm Source Wellsford

We use Farm Source regularly for our lifestyle block needs, Fencing, irrigation, animal feed, gumboots etc. They have friendly staff with a good range of knowledge. Prices seem to be reasonable the showroom is well organised and holds a good stock.

Very helpful staff, friendly service & LOTSA everything for the farm, the animals, clothing to keep you warm & visible, BBQ supplies & condiments... Everything you need except for a cold beer! Great place to shop.

So yes the staff are friendly enough BUT every time I go there to buy my large bags of feed no one ever asks if I'd like help lifting these heavy bags into my car. Guys are often stood around doing nothing too. Not very good to be honest.Your rivals in town always ask if you'd like help loading feed bags into the car.

I called and asked what it would cost to ship me a small item. Dean told me $15, so I asked him to ship it to me. It arrived at my door an hour later, delivered by my neighbour who works at the store. She did not need to go out of her way at all, just stop off at my house about fifty meters down the road from her own house. I called and asked Dean where my $15 went and he made some faltering comment which I didn't get. Something to do with the social club I think. I told him I was very unhappy about the charge because it had cost him absolutely nothing! He then had the gall to tell my he could have sent it via courier for $10.00!! I told him he had zero understanding of shopper friendliness or customer service. I have not shopped there again, and plan to never do so.

Great helpful and knowledgeable staff. Always get asked if I need loaded into the car. Always have a great variety of products

Great service! Very helpful young lady that worked there helping me to choose the right food for my dogs.. thank you. They have the right products for my dogs, horse and also sell the right bunny food which is great! I'm sure you'll get food and more to spoil all your pet's and farm animals. Also sell clothes too.
