Took my phone in and problem still remains. DO NOT TRUST!!!!

Do Not Trust this shop !!! They use your mobile to learn how to fix and how to solve the problem. They don’t have experience in how to fix the mobile. I just want to change the mobile screen but They did my mobile broken and they just said excuse because my phone is already broken. Believe me, don’t let them do your device or mobile !!!

DONT TRUST this place no matter how many years of exp, they are wreckless n have so many excuses!!! A few years back when GSM opened up in old pap where the pizza hut area is I took my tab 10 in to get a charger point replacement, I received it back dented. A few months ago my mum took her S9 for repair & now now she can't receive calls and gets delayed texts. I took my S20 ultra in a few days ago thinking this time would be OK since they have a new worker who seemed like he knew what to do. My S20 needed a factory reset, YT doesn't have any vids of my kind ( seemed to have different versions of Ultras. When I received it back there was black glue around my phone and also my back screen is chipped ( this phone was in imaculant condition, I wanted a factory reset not an investigation.

First time around was algood. iPhone screen and camera cracked and was fixed with no problem two different times !! Came back again to replace battery then the problems started 1st time guy went in the back for at least like 40 mins doing whatsoever and told me to wait in my car for at least like 50 mins because I kept coming back to get it back ?obviously then when partner comes back my phone is magically fixed, went back home and it was playing up and kept shutting off so I called and they replaced it for free and the partner did it in at least 7 mins so wth was the first time all about ?? then goes back home and still the same thing ! I WANT A REFUND !!

Best service ever better than (PBT Manuku service). affordable, was very quick with the repair did it right in front of me, even told me what was the issue. What i can say is GSM action was more then words. Really loved the service

In a week we have fixed a chromebook screen $160, iPhone xs max screen $160, Samsung phone unlock $60. Very affordable. Good customer services. Welcoming nature.

2 guys there are Clueless ,arrogant and ignorant dont go to this shop RIP off as well ,if you want good service fair price go to the Mobile phone experts across the road
