We were booked for 2hours and they cut our games short of half an hour by pre-loading the next lot of players too early which couldn't be reset back to ours. We recieved a refund but disappointed that we couldn't complete our games which were only at round 3 on the second games.They need more staff as a long time queuing up for things also.
