very rude they dont refund your bond easily avoid renting car from them or you will regret it later they are cheap rentals but they charge for everyhing even if they find a small piece of paper lying they will charge cleaning fee or this or that trust me avoid avoid avoid

DO NOT USE!!!Absolutely disgraceful.Make it impossible to get full deposit back.They took more then the cost of 3 days car hire for a tiny chip in the windscreen after making me keep the car for an additional, unwanted day, as they were not open to return.Misquoted and lied about repair cost.Provided no supporting evidence.No working radio of any sort in car.Never using this service again.

I booked a rental car and supposed to pick the car on Sunday, but the office closed at that day. I phoned couple of emergency calls but couldn't reach anyone. I went Auckland international airport again to get a new rental car. My holiday ruined from the first day in New Zealand. I am not recommend this unreliable company at all.

This company got some great deals but they provide cars only for a minimum of 2 days.Not recommended for single day renters
