I am absolutely appalled at the customer service I received, as well as the repair quality which resulted in a phone that was ultimately destroyed (or stolen)Since retrieving the phone from your store, I took it to Mobile city who replaced the screen and learned that you do not have technicians, rather the repairs are contracted out (assuming to the lowest bidder)They are now in the process of attempting to fix the device. Upon retrieving the sim card out of the phone, we found that it was completely burned up but still working. It was NOT our sim card, or phone number.This leads me to believe, either the technician you contracted out to has stolen my phone, or is so incompetent that they did not return the correct sim card. Either situation speaks volumes about your company. It does not inspire confidence in your business.Not to mention how difficult and how rude your staff are, particularly at Sylvia park. I was assured that there would be no issues fixing the phone. In fact, your contract states that the phone could have issues if there's water damage. No water damage had occured in the case of this phone.I am demanding that you either replace the phone that was stolen or lost, or repair it up to the standards in a reasonable timeframe (Which also was not the case during the original repair)I will take this as far as it needs to go to expose your company for what it is. I will also be getting mobile city to verify if it is my phone based on the screen replacement they had done

Horrible service. Had to get my screen protector replaced TWICE, less than an hour after I bought it. Was already halfway home before I had to turn around because it bubbled. For 45 dollars I expected way better, plus the guy insisted on not giving me a refund but instead replaced it for a THIRD time. Disappointing.

I had a Samsung 8 with a broken screen that was blacked out and flickering. They replaced the screen and battery in a prompt efficient manner.

Poor service. Was given a quote on the phone, only to be given a different price when I arrived. They told me 15 minutes, only to tell me this two more times- it took an hour to repair my device. On the third time I came back they couldn’t find a suitable tool to close my phone and had to shut the shop, take my phone and leave to find somewhere else to finish fixing it. After all this the store person apologised and offered a screen protector (seemingly as compensation) which she then applied poorly and charged me for. She also tried to then upsell me a phone case too, to which I declined and asked to be given my original case back. They also had a sign up advertising 50% off repairs, which was misleading. Poor service, will not return.

WARNING - THEY MIGHT DESTROY YOUR PHONEI dropped an iPhone 12 Pro off that had issues connecting to wifi after a drop. After shopping around at a few places, I knew what the issue was - apparently the module can become dislodged on the motherboard.Omnitech said they could fix it and that it would be $350. Okay, cool! I let them go ahead with it. Big mistake, after a week I called to ask where my phone was.. It took me about 2 hours of calling them to have someone finally pick up only to tell me that it is still in inspection. Tracking on the website was not updated the whole time.2 weeks later, and after me calling multiple times to ask what was happening, they finally rang me and left a voicemail. Hi

I visited omnitech last week and was served by the girl there who replaced my screen protector. Her service was professional, friendly and she did an amazing job replacing my screen protector! I highly recommend the quality of the product and the service I received here and would encourage my friends and family to visit! Thank you so much! I'm a happy customer who will be back again!

When I recently purchased a phone mount for my car, I specifically asked if the mount was strong enough ti stay on the dashboard. I was told it would be. The Mount fell off the dashboard before I even had a chance to place my phone in it.The next day I tried to return it. I was at the store a few minutes after it’s supposed opening time… it was closed. I waited 30-minutes, no one came to open up.Avoid this place at all costs.
