Purchased our Carthago Chic C Line from Jonas last year he is so efficient and knowledgeable on all vehicles they sell. Staff members are very friendly and helpful, nothing seems to be a problem for them. On 2 occasions in 1 day I rang Zion with a problem while parked rather remotely. Jonas was very patient with us and went through a few scenarios to rectify. Thankyou Jonas and Sid for your advise in our purchase of our Frankia Platin. We have been away for a total of over 115 days in the last few months. And have only stayed in a camp sites for two nights and have not yet plugged into power. We where stranded the Waikanae estuary car park for the entire lockdown period with no problems at all. Excellent service throughout the sales process and always kept up to date with the delivery updates from the factory in Germany even during covid lockdown times.Always answered and replied to my many questions throughout the delivery waiting period and also during the time after it arrived at Zion and was awaiting certification and my extra after sales add on extras.After sales service has been great and it has never seemed a problem to answer or fix my teething problems.Very happy with the Niesmann and thanks to Jonas and his team for the great service throughout.Kevin Pine
