He gives us peace of mind, we are truly taken care of and he is very accommodating to help us manage the heavy and bulky medical and adventure sports equipment we travel with. We had the delight of having Nick take us from Queenstown to Wanaka on our arrival into NZ. Not only was it 5 stars from the second he introduced himself, it never went below 5 stars. On time, beautiful, comfortable spacious vehicle. Even took the time to stop at the lookout for us which he never had to do. His knowledge of the region is fantastic, and our transfer to wanaka was more a relaxing drive with a down to earth tour guide. Roam Wanaka picked us up at our house for the Gibson summer concert along with other friends at there house.Outstanding tentative service. Couldn't ask for better. Highly recommend.

Our wine tasting tour with Nick was one of the most delightful days we spent in Wanaka. The tour was perfectly constructed - we saw beautiful countryside but didn't spend the day driving. Each vineyard we went to was gracious and welcoming. Nick was so thoughtful and we were delighted with the snacks" he packed - delicious and just perfect bounty. and....he knows a lot about wine! An expert tour guide and wine maven!"

We had a great time touring the Queenstown/Wanaka area with Nick. We had originally planned to do an organized day tour to Milford Sound, but it was cancelled due to weather. We were able to organize our trip with Roam the day before. Nick was responsive and friendly despite the short notice, and since he had availability let us book with him! We gave him a high level overview of what we wanted to see and do, and he crafted a customized tour for us letting us see everything we wanted to while still allowing us to be on time for our flight later that night. The van was spotless, roomy, and comfortable and at the end of it all my girlfriend and I were glad our Milford Sound tour was cancelled!

We contacted Roam Wanaka for a last minute, full day bike transfer service. Nick went out of his was to accommodate our request, on short notice.We were collected directly from our home, and travelled in a comfortable, clean van, with our bikes safely towed on the carrier. Nick delivered us to our starting point, and collected us at the end of the day. The schedule was flexible, which was much appreciated.Nick was great to work with - friendly, professional, accommodating, and highly knowledgeable on the local area including wine experiences. We will certainly be contacting Roam for our next local adventure!
