Went in there to hire a movie. The guy working behind the counter served a couple of people who were waiting at the other counter. Thought he would then serve me but he instead tidied a couple of DVDs on the shelf in front of me and then proceeded to serve a person who had only just entered the shop (after I had been waiting 5 minutes). I thought this was incredibly rude of him and will not shop there again. Would give this business zero stars if I could. Have thrown out my membership card as will stick to online movies in future so I don't have to deal with such a rude person.

Good spread of options for DVD rentals. My go to place for couriers and post! Pro tip: you can park in the New World parking lot and enter from the back gate..assured parking slot. Also if some day you have a courier incoming by NZ post and for some reason you can't take it.. redirect it to these guys and they hold it for you for upto ten days, free of cost!

I have sent packages and have done emergency printing many times here - it's been a real local life-saver and then very friendly service on top of it. I have never had a bad experience here and this shop really adds value to our local shopping and business area.

Not sure if a movie where two people are trying to kill one another where it ends with someone being thrown from a window to a bloody death is what you want playing on your store TV for the little ones to see...I know I wouldn't...
