I've bought quite a few tiles from the tile clearance centre/ Tile Space Outlet over the last few years. As a DIYer they are my first port of call as some tiles normally outside my budget can be found there at a more affordable price - thanks very much!!The service and advice given me has also been much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this outlet to anyone looking for quality tiles discounted due to end of line.

I'm gutted that I didn't find this place before we purchased our bathroom floor tiles! Prices are so reasonable and they have a great selection of small, medium and large tiles. Staff are very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable and only too happy to give samples for you to take home and check colours.

Very good selection of reasonably priced tiles so worth a visit. Staff are really helpful which makes selection much easier. Make sure you get exactly what you want because if you get it home and it doesn’t work then you are charged 30% to return and choose an alternative which I thought was pretty steep since I was still buying from them. This is clearly displayed in store - I just missed it so it cost me.
