Great knowledge of Spas and what each individual person needs. We gave our 'Wish List', and they provided.Been communicating with Nick for probably 1 month prior to their sale and information was sent and questions were answered.At the Sale Paul Helped us while nick was busy then when nick came free straight over to us to demonstrate the spa we we keen on.Did the paperwork, now waiting till our new spa comes out of America, cannot wait, as its ultra quiet, fairly economical to run, and will ease the aches and pains of like.Thanks Nick.

Poor service. Took a deposit, agreed to hold the spa until landscaping work was completed. Ended up selling our spa with no contact to us, despite what they claim (we would have been happy to pay for the spa in full), then tried to charge us an additional $6.5k for the spa. Initially agreed to refund, acknowledging their poor communications, however when accepting this refund offer (and purchasing a spa from a different supplier), then refuses to refund the full deposit.Far better spa's out there for much less money, lots of competition. One to avoid.Update: On 01/06/22, a disputes tribunal hearing ruled in my favour, and a refund ordered. (Now paid)

Just purchased a Motutapu spa from the Ferrymead store. Nick had a great knowledge of the products, listened to what we were after and we ended up with a fantastic new spa.He is an asset to the store..and there’s been good follow up

I Wasn't even the market for a spa... But a free weekday off and a bit of help from the wonderful staff at wright's completely changed this. Highly, top quality product

After the 5th time in 3months of needing a technician we asked for a replacement spa and were told they couldn't replace the spa we had no end of troubles with so instead they refunded us and took the spa away,unfortunately they told us they wouldn't cover the $400 hiab fee we had to pay to get it put on our deck nor would they pay any of our $580 power bills we were receiving due to the spas filtration system not running as it should.we would not recommend dealing with these guys at all!!

We want to thank Nick, Scott, Jackson and the team for their amazing service and excellent communication in providing and installing our new Aria Spa. The spa is absolutely perfect and as we are retiring our 20year old Sovereign, we expect the new Aria to be with us for many happy years to come, too! Thanks Team Hot Spring Christchurch!

Nick spent a lot of time with us, including visiting us at home to go over the options. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant and did not try and upsell us at all. He listened to our needs and wants and found us the perfect pool for our situation. We visited him twice in-store to further discuss, and he was happy for us to try out the spa pools on show. Could not recommend him, his store or his product more.

Absolutely horrible attitude by the sales rep and by far the worse experience we have had while looking to by a spa, would not recommend 0/10
