Whole insurance claim experience was a breeze, from initial assessment and photographic cataloging of damage through to the repair, which was re-arranged to fit my schedule and a curtesy car supplied. Job completed 2 days faster than scheduled. This car is my pride and joy so I am particular about repairs, I couldn't fault it. Ladies in the office friendly. Thanks to the staff who did the extra work on my car. Appreciated.

Horrendous experience. Repairs not done, car returned in pieces, full of workshop dust, replaced bumper clearly doesn’t match white vehicle. All round hideous experience and customer service. My car had to be booked with another repairer after their supposed repairs.
