I have found Stephen to be a good listener so fully able to understand what the health issues are, and to offer good suggestions (diet, supplements, lifestyle) which are science backed. And most importantly these suggestions have had positive effects on my sons health which we are delighted about.

When I met with Stephen for Health Coaching, to discuss my health care concerns. He was open, non judgemental, and unbiased in the directions I wanted to go. Fully supportive and a wealth of knowledge to help direct and clarify my thinking and then opening up the decisions to come from myself. I have been battling a chronic health condition for 8 months getting countless examinations and tests with out any clear diagnosis until my appointment with Stephen. He has provided me with the root cause of my health problem and has given me with a detailed protocol to follow. Had low expectations of the outcome but followed Stephen's advice and was pleasantly surprised by the results. Would highly recommend Stephen if you're looking for alternate remedies other than pills and lotions. It worked for me.

I am absolutely thrilled with the results from my first Naturopath consultation, I’m relatively well educated in your bodily functions and what natural medicine can do for someone but have never seen a natural path before my visit.
