Day Lodge

The day lodge is the cafe and rest area for Craigieburn Valley Ski Area. It is located above the middle tow. You can climb up from there or head up the top tow and ride down.There is a cafe inside which has food, water and souveniers like t shirts. There is a menu of hot food as well as some ready to eat stuff. I grabbed a white chocolate and raspberry cupcake as well as a cup of vegetable soup. Both were quite nice. There is a fireplace inside too, as well as a really nice view of the fields. There are outdoor seats which again has amazing view of the middle basin.Defintely worth a stop to take a break or grab some water to rehydrate. There are no bins here to you need to bring down all the rubbish that you make.
