very rude service I’ve ever seen,the lady at counter,unfortunately,I experienced that.

Only went in for a car registration. After 2 taps of the keys the lady said “ I looked online and it’s locked”. I had no idea what she meant and I asked her to clarify and what to do? I was told “it’s locked for 30 minutes because I looked and I can’t do anything”?!. Went down the road to vtnz 7 min away to see if she can help clarify the issue? There wasn’t one, vtnz printed it out straight away. Unsure why I was treated so rudely I was polite in my responses.

I am extremely happy to quote my experience when I went yesterday to renew registration of my car. The lady staff at the counter was very helpful and I got it in 30 second. Fastest service I ever had. ThAnk you

Incredibly rude woman at the counter, and no idea why! In reading the reviews I'm certainly not the only one who experienced this.

A few times I’ve come in for forms and my parcels and every time there’s a hiccup. Every time they say they don’t have any of those things and my parcel is at the back but just don’t communicate to each other who put what where! I swear! Change of ownership would be nice.

What a horrible woman at the counter who clearly hates her job! Eyerolls and all. I've never seen anything like it to be honest and I see here I'm one of many who have had the same bad experience with her.A tip for you.. find yourself a new job and something that might bring you some happiness :)

A post shop selling many other items including a dry cleaning Agency. Add to this its an agency for Waka Kotahi and car rego etc. The team here are very helpful and friendly.

Went to the store to send money to my cousin with western union as they are a agent the Indian lady at the counter proceeded to do the process on her laptop didn't wait but still continued with the payment process via EFTPOS only to tell me after the payment went through she couldn't sent the money as there is a limit of how many payments you can send in a month which I have only made one other so now my cousin doesn't get the money and I have to wait for a manager to put the money back to my bank so frustrating the last time I went in she said I couldnt send money because it was locked for 24hrs made me go back another day. Honestly if they should be trained a bit better to be honest

Both the women on the counter are very rude indian lady's, Everytime I go into trentham post office they always talk with additude towards the customers. The older lady is the more ruder one, even was arguing with the customers when I walked into shop very rude needs to be fired.
