Customer Service has no urgency when ordering parts for canopies. Called numerous times to get ETA’s for my replacement glass & got told all sorts of lies. Be aware when using this business.

Very poor service. I ordered an indicator for a bull bar. They took payment and didn't supply. After many phone calls I was told there was no stock and wouldn't be stock until months later. Cancelled the order and asked for my money back. They then called me to say they had found one and did I want it. I said yes but it still hasn't turned up. Do not buy a bar from them if you want any after sales service.

Even one start is alot for them. I've been chasing them for months to sort out my suspension upgrade, No proper answer till you call and ask again and again on phone or email, no proper follow up with client and totally waste of time. My final email to Dean was to send me your final qoute and book a date to do the suspension upgrade even without certification if you cannot do cert and still no answer ...Totally disappointed from their management skills.

We had some trouble with the lid on the back of our ute. I cannot fault their service and attention to detail as they fixed it under warranty. It's now better than ever. There customer service has been excellent

Customer service is shocking...........was blatantly lied to by staff member about when a canopy was sent out only to find out a week later that it had only just left.......no point lying to your customers you will be found out.
