I must say I am extremely impressed with the service and care I've received at The Base.Laikan is a such an amazing staff member, she is understanding, caring, and goes out of her way to make people feel comfortable.She also makes sure that people are comfortable before proceeding with laser.Over the multiple treatments I have had, she has built a rapport that is similar to a friendship. I can't recommend her enough and I'll always go back to her when I need laser done.

I bought a lazer hair removal bundle deal in March 2022 over the web. Before my treatment ended in three months, the staff reminded me and told me about the expired months, and I asked them to book me a couple of treatments before the bundle deal expired. The person who booked my appointment also reminded me that if it were once a month, I would have two treatments left that I could no longer use due to expiration. I agreed and asked her again to book my treatment before the expiration date so that I would not have to pay for a single treatment. But after my treatment today, the front desk staff asked me to pay for this appointment because my bundled transaction had expired last week.It was very unreasonable that I had to pay for their staff's mistake.

Laser Clinics New Zealand have been absolutely incredible! I have had laser hair removal treatments with the Base (Hamilton) team for the past 11+ months, and results have been amazing! Very happy with the results! And the staff are wonderful - always so happy, and helpful, and friendly! No issues prices and services, with adequately professional conduct. They will however try and push you to buy overpriced skincare products and their policies on refunding with things like prepaid sessions are very inflexible so think before you buy! Overall would recommend.

Had a great experience at laser clinics with my microdermabrasion! My therapist Bree did a great job and had me leaving feeling fresh. Good work

I booked in a sitting for hydrafacial on call with a discounted price as i couldn't do it online. That lady who booked me in didnt tell me that this price is not applicable of the deal ends, even after I confirm the price twice.The day I walked in for my treatment they charged me the actual price of 219$ even after asking why am I getting this price as i booked it on the same day of discounted price, the reception lady started processing the efpost machine saying call appointment cant catch up with sale prices.What a horrible experience I had just now, she was just putting machine on my face to pay it and didnt even responded to my queries.Never ever visit here again or recommend it to anyone.

These girls are AWESOME! They are SUPER fast and professional! Never make you feel awkward in any way :) Always very friendly and helpful. The deals are incredible and results are seen very quickly. They are extremely accommodating - as I have had to call and change my appointments/details several time. They really do have EXCELLENT customer service, high quality services, super clean and professional environment/equipment, the best prices... and overall they make your whole experience so easy, enjoyable and rewarding :) Finally, as someone who has had somewhat painful laser treatment elsewhere in the past - the Laser here at the Clinic is a breeze - no pain whatsoever and over and done with in a heartbeat :) Thankyou Team!

I’ve been going for over a year now and all the staff are really nice and make me feel comfortable! Special shout out to Izzy as shes my go to now. Also they’re super flexible and easy to work around with a busy life.
