Frustrating Service!!! the Old guy/grumpy git Graham in the front desk is rude. He took all my details and then asked to sign the collect money slip. Upon signing he made excuses that the sender was money laundering/fraud and he can not give me money. When asked to elaborate he kept accusing the sender .Left the place very frustrated and without answers and money. Called WU directly same day and was advised to go back to Graham. on Day 2 of Visit, Graham was on leave and experience with Owen was no different. Had to call WU again and WU spoke with Owen who told WU that he and Graham have cancelled the transaction when WU could still see the funds available for me to pick up.With this unprofessional illiterate behavior I don't think they get any returning business . I hope this branch looks into this reviews and trains the silly people well.

Wish I could give them less, clerk was incredibly rude.Turned away because the clerk was unwilling to offer the Travelex Price Promise, saying 'go there then' and that he'd 'be surprised if Westpac would give that much'.Just go to your bank, or literally ANY other store.Also the last time I went in, he’d run out of the currency I was after and told me to give him my details and he'd call when it came in. He never contacted me.

Clerk Ow. acts like it's a pain to give a quote for an exchange, it's the literal part of the exchange business.. go figure.

Very good service, I checked with another service and a bank and there rate was hundreds above others

Make sure you count your money before you leave the shop!Owen has short changed me 20 FJD, simply by being incredibly grumpy and me wanting to get away from him as quickly as possible. Don't fall for it, count what he gives you before you leave.Also, should Owen be licking his fingers to count the money?? Given the COVID era we live in, shouldn't there be a wet sponge he can use?
