Neil Perriam took over his father’s building company in 1972, which lead to Neil and Craig registering Perriam Enterprises Ltd in 1999. Craig took over in 2014 when Neil retired, Craig’s wife Jessica has also joined the company, running the office. With our highly experienced team, we carry out a wide range of building relocation projects and building throughout the top of the South Island.
