The Christchurch Dollar team were professional,friendly and prompt on pick up and drop off to airport. Car hired on 1 May was late model, low mileage,clean and tidy. Better rates by far than any other company at airport, great service all round. Will use again without hesitation. Recommended to others.

Great cars and great price. A few problems with baby seat booking. Lydia Zhong (Operations Manager) just fantastic. Excellent communication and very customer focused. Issue resolved quickly. Will book with them again.

We had the car rented for the day. Pick was quick and efficient. Due to a flight change, Dollar changed our pick up time easily and without hassle. The best thing, we were running late on the way back and got there just before closing and they still got us back to the airport. Thanks so much!

Understaffed at 2 of the 3 offices we used and off-site....so not great if you are in a hurry. One of the cars had 78000 on on it, but still nice. So good enough for the price.

Outstanding service, got a free car upgrade cause they didn't have the hired car in stock. Cars were very clean and spotless. Cars are all less than 2 years old and drive well. Friendly service, easy pick-up and drop-off.

I was so pleased with their service. We had a pickup organised and it was so easy. The girls all were really nice, friendly and helpful. Pick-up and drop-off was convenient.Car was clean and pretty new and also the price was reasonable.

Booked and paid for a 4WD RAV4.When we arrived no 4wd were available, so we were given a 2wd RAV4. Approximately a $200 cheaper booking.Staff were very apologetic and offered us, to bring the car back without re-fueling and gave us a GPS which was turned out to be faulty as it wouldn't turn on.On returning the car I asked if they could do anything with the price difference we paid. I was told there was nothing they could do.I had booked this car specifically to have the FWD option, otherwise I would have booked smaller car.Colin
