If i could give this business a 0 star rating i would. By far one of the worst experiences iv ever had. Started off with a quick referral from my insurance company which should have been nice and easy, the owner called me a lair and told me the damage was caused by something else which clearly wasn't, didn't want to do the work and even tried to get me to pay for damage that was caused by accident. Absolute joke of a business steer well clear.

Doesn’t really even deserve 1 star to be honest with you….The worst customer service I’ve experienced - this guy should not have his own business. Do not go here if you don’t enjoy being told you’re a liar.

Best experience I have ever had with a panel shop. Communication was provided with regular updates, job was 2 days ahead of schedule and workmanship was excellent.

I keep going back here because they're good. Plus they're nice guys who have a laugh. They are also not cowboys and talk to women like they are equals. Shouldn't need saying but a lot of mechanics don't. They'll impress.

Everything was superbly done - from advising the quote to finishing the job. Perfection with ease. Thanks Geoff.

avoid like the plague.replacement door panel on a 6 month old car. the door was put on wrong, paint run down the edge, the interior handle not attached correctlythis was bad enough but the manager's reaction was worse...complete denial of any responsibility until presented with evidence from the manufacturer that the door had been assembled incorrectly. three attempts to fix the problem. after that, the trim did not line up and blatant lies from the manager about locator pins being at fault. taken for reassessment and confirmed that there are no locator pins.this guy is a liar and will do anything to avoid taking responsibility for shoddy work.update - in fairness, when i got round to asking for a refund on the excess, that was done without argument so happy to change the review to reflect this.

I woukd rate 4.8 in fact. Very neat workshop and well organized, efficient work and process, tidy little loan car does the job well and it's brand new. However, the finishing of the job was not 100%, masking tape still on my windscreen etc, some trivia left behind need to tidy up. Overall is very good!

The worst customer service experience I have had anywhere, ever. Geoff Tiney appears to get his rocks off by arguing with potential customers. Do not walk up to the office with a casual enquiry about either private or insurance work. I wanted to clarify my situation and to find out from him if I should choose him as my approved repairer for my insurance company. He didn't even look at the car, got abrasive and actually said he didn't need to justify anything he did to me and told me to get lost. Weird business model! He claims he only does insurance work when his business card clearly states otherwise. It's not hard to be civil. Steer well clear, especially if you enjoy normal communication with reasonably decent people. Harewood Panel and Paint round the corner are excellent.

Very professional - I was given a brand new loan car which I didn't want to give back until I saw what an excellent job they had done repairing my car. It looks like a new car and was also immaculately groomed. I would recommend Sheffield Crescent Panel & Paint to anyone.
