Although the product I came for was not in stock, the lady I spoke to from customer services went out of her way to not only check the storeroom, but took my number and called me the same afternoon to let me know there is a supply problem and they were unsure when they would be receiving the next shipment. I'm so sorry i didnt get your name, i wish had so your bosses know who you are! I will find out next time I'm in and edit your name in. You are a credit to your workplace. We'll done and thank you very much! You made me feel important even though I only came in for 1 item that day.

One of the better supermarkets in Dunedin with good variety, and out of the city so parking and access are a bit easier. There's also an on-site florist, if that's your thing. However, it is pricier than the competition.

horrible experiences with online shopping twice now, last week i had a delivery scheduled for between 4pm and 7pm which got to my door at 8:30pm after receiving a text that it was on the way at 6:50pm. I'm currently waiting for another delivery scheduled for 4-7pm and it's 7:15pm right now with no updates from a delivery driver. Having to clear 4+ hours of my schedule just to receive a grocery delivery is ridiculous, not to mention i get no notification when it has been delivered and they don't knock so i have to keep an eye on the window. (update: I've called customer services and they've told me they can only deliver my groceries tomorrow morning, meaning the groceries will not be fresh and I'm going without dinner tonight. I will not be using this service in the future and i recommend others use the countdown or new world delivery instead)

The store was set ouf nicely and everyone had a mask on and followed the 2 meter distance rule so it made a hole lot easier for me.

Very convenient when we stayed for holiday at Roslyn.Limited brands. Relatively more expensive than Countdown and PakNSave. But that covers the convenience because Roslyn is up the hill and far from Countdown (at the Octagon) or Pak n Save (at North Dunedin)

My local supermarket.A lovely little market with a great selection of the normal things as well as a hefty load of more artisanal products.Slighty expensive as they go but worth it for the overall experience and selection on offer

Not a busy night but staff stood around talking so the few shoppers there used self service. Sweet if that's the service we should expect but we don't need to hear your personal conversations too
