Well Within
Phillipa from Well Within, is a trusted advisor. She has been incredibly helpful on my wellness journey, with two chronic conditions - lupus and sjogrens as well as IBS. She has made me much more conscious of the best foods to fuel my body. I have lost weight through gentle exercises which really suit me. I would wholeheartedly recommend Philippa.

Well Within
I turned to Phillipa in a desperate state, having been misunderstood by doctors, and feeling like there was no resolution to my chronic health conditions. Phillipa has been a wonderful support, and has educated me around food intolerances and managing a recovery path. I truly appreciate the depth of compassion and positivity given during every session.
