The staff here are awesome and go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for.

This was by far one of the best experiences I've had in customer service for a very long time. I came into the store and got what I needed, Vivian processed and completed the transaction. I was getting all the drinks for a work function so there were a few boxes along with ice, I decided to keep the drinks cool and put into the chilly bin in the boot of the car outside the store. While I was getting the first box open Vivian came out of the store and held the chill bin lid open and proceeded to help me unload all the drinks and took away all the boxes with a huge smile on as well! This was fantastic service and made my day! Let's be honest it's a weird time and this really put a huge smile on my face as I drove away thinking yep we will be going back there again. Thank you Vivian, this really was above and beyond what you needed to do and it certainly wasn't unnoticed! An amazing and memorable service experience you created.

I love Whiskey and to find Michael at Liquorland in Harrington street who knows everything about Whiskey and single malt scotch is just awesome. Michael has worked in the Scottish Whiskey distilleries so has had first hand experience tasting many many whiskeys and can talk with authority, determining what your tastes are and matching that with a bottle from their large range either in Harrington St or Cameron Rd sites. My other love is craft beers and it is such a good experience visiting Mount Liquorland when I want to fill my bottle up with one of their latest craft beer offerings. I know we shouldn't rant about alcohol, but if you are going to drink, you might as well go to the people that really know what they are talking about. Cheers

Friendly staff. Notable for their quick attention to customers.Odd, but this has to be one of the best franchisee's of this brand in NZ. Their selection of sauvignon blanc was surprising with Astrolabe on sale at a give away price.

Great new look at the time of this review their renovations are almost complete. Their service is knowledgeable and friendly, and they have a great range of products. There is always something new to try.

Toby is a absolute gem, he helped me with a special order placed from out of town, and delivery to a local business. He stayed on the phone with me to talk through the order, had good product knowledge with regards to pricing, and personally delivered my order. Superb service from start to finish.
