A beautifully published cookbook, which shows the true language of love through food and family. This cookbook has so many easy to follow recipes, and best of all using ingredients that are not hard to find. Having tackled many of the recipes in this book, cooking Indian food at home is not that hard at all. I believe all lovers of Indian food should have one of these books in their kitchen.

I've been using this book for years. Usually I would call my mum and get her to talk me through a recipe. After purchasing this book I've been able to quickly make a meal and learn about all the different spices. Wherever I'm living my cook book follows me! So thankful for having an English written gujurati cook book, I love it so much that I purchased as a gift for my friend too!

Gujarati Cookbook
Although I do not cook authentic Indian food much, one of my favourite fortnightly recipes is in this book - a crumbed chicken recipe that all of my children love. The book is so beautifully written and easy to follow. I am looking forward to trying out more recipes from the book.
