ipad air 2 was dropped and needed repair. they sent it to their head tech at another branch which went over the xmas break so took 4 weeks to repair. when they got it back they found it wasnt charging so sent it back, another week passes and i finally got it back. turned it on when i got home and found dim shadows in the screen. took it back again. another week passes and they call to tell me the problem is with the heat applied to the screen to remove it during the repair but it is ok to use it. I disagree as the screen was not broken from the drop, the problem was in the motherboard. The only option to repair is to replace the screen which would have to be done at my cost! even though the cause was from the heat in the repair.

Broken promises and shoddy workmanshipDO NOT come to this place to repair your phone. Went to them for a screen repair on a pixel 6, and got a phone back with glue bits everywhere, fingerprint sensor deactivated, and apparently stole our phone case while they were at it.On top of that, because we were dropping by te awamutu for only a day, they said they could fix it on that day itself, but ended up delaying the fix for a day, and only receiving the phone back 2 days later! All that for $470+ when the screen itself would’ve costed $200.There was no way we had time to go back to the shop and get it refixed, or get our phone case back as we were travelling and had a tight schedule. Very disappointing service

This is a great place, with great service with great results. I went from being advised by a retailer up the street that I'd need to send my less than a year old phone off to the manufacturer, get it wiped, etc etc and that all that would take a month (or that I'd have to get a new phone), I went here to ITKing, and 15 minutes and $20 later my phone issue is totally fixed, no problem. Thank you ITKing!!

Iv had two phones fixed here. Great service but still having issues with both phones. Phone freezes , lags and lock’s randomly. Price is not worthy.
