Stopped by the cafe after visiting some of the attractions in the area. The cakes and Carmel slices were to die for and the owner was so delightful to talk to. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended. The cakes are marvellous. Sausages Pork or Beef are amazing, real meat, great taste. For sure one of the best I had in NZ.

We were a group of 4. Pie was spot on with great pastry and fillings. Scones were fresh and nothing was left! Would stop here again.

This is a fabulous country experience in a converted woolshed it has delicious home made food, the pies are superb as are the cakes and bread. Also the organic butchery has very yummy home made sausages, the pork and fennel are my favourite but love the borevors too and all the other organic beef products from the farm. The hard working owners of this cafe are passionate about providing organic food at reasonable prices and I'll be a regular visitor.

We made a booking for a lunch for seven of us. We had some sourdough bread and olive oil as a starter. Followed by the most delicious pie I’ve ever eaten and three kinds of salads: roast veggie and two green salads. All of our pies were made to order and Toru Wai even made a special vegetarian pie.We ordered dessert too which was a berry pie but we were too full to eat it, so we took it home with us. It was the tastiest most mouth-watering sweet pie I’ve ever eaten. Great friendly service and lovely facilities. All seven of us were delighted. What a great experience, so glad we went there and we will happily return.

The cafe looks promising when you have driven a long way out past Waitomo. The driveway down is dangerous with loose stones and pot holes plus not alot of allowance for 2 carsThe food was dry and cold and coffee was disappointing no caffene, we expected to pay abit more for the food given it was organic so expected quality. If you are offering food at your drive way and advertise that you are open atleast have food and good coffee to offer..The woolshed has been well refurbished and has potential but would not visit again and not recommend

Whilst visiting Marokopa Falls we came a cross this little gem. Tucked away in the back blocks is this wonderful little haven. A new cafe just started the weekend of lockdown. We enjoyed the most amazing pies made from organic meat from the farm.
