Firstly, nothing beats massage therapy that comes to you - that is amazing! Jo does an amazing job, listens to your needs and then puts her healing hands into action all whilst providing friendly, caring service. I had been experiencing lower back and hip pain for weeks after too many months of remote working, and after one session it has improved remarkably. Would highly recommend.
