Great service, I was owed a credit and got mine within a week cheapest bottles around by far

Dont reccomend going to this place unless you really need too. We ran out of gas and our usual company couldn't deliver for a few days. Rung get gas and was told I could go down to the depo and pick up a bottle from a friendly lady. Turns out (i found out later on) there was some confusion there and she thought I wanted to switch gas companies.Got to the depo and was a bit confused as wasn't sure where reception was. Went into service station and realised I was in the right place after the men who came out of the office were wearing get gas jumpers. Assisted by two men who were laughing and speaking in their own langauge while serving me. It was extremely off putting. They asked me to fill out an application form. Told me the cost for two bottles plus one off fee which came too $360.00. I was very confused as I only really wanted one bottle and wasn't sure what the form was for (but assumed it was so they have my details to make sure I return the bottle). I pay and he then tells me they will pick up my frank bottles now that I have switched over to them.At this point I was quite upset as they did not explain this and had been (what seemed to be) making fun of me. They then explain if i had of just brought the frank bottles down, they would have filled them up. They gave me a a refund and I left with no gas, drive back home in tears in the pouring rain after having rushed to get there before they close. We have three small children at home... so no bath for them tonight.My husband will be in tomorrow to fill our bottles as I cant bear going back there.Please treat your next customers with kindness and respect and take the time to explain to them how the process works.

Was owed a refund, has taken months and months with multiple people telling us it'll be refunded. Still am yet to receive this refund. They dont reply to emails, scammy company. I'll remove this review once sorted.
