Great customer service. Booked my appointment online, received a call and txt confirming my appointment and when I arrived the lady took me and printed my passport photo ( NZ size) within 5 minutes, even helped me and make me a discount as I realise late that my country ask me for same size that NZ but with white background☺️

Found this place in google kinda like last minute urgent. I really doubt the review about really “cheap price”. 2 phots $35 and it literally break the record which there’s is only like $10 with 4 pics along the whole queen st. I saw the price on the wall saying $15 and another $28 for child assistance. The lady said $15 is just for online digital copy and $35 is the cheapest I could find around akl area. She didn’t mention about child assistance and I have to say my child is almost 10 yrs we didn’t use any assistance. Photo quality is poor like cheap home printer quality. She’s being nice but this price is completely a ripoff. Not recommend at all!

Lovely lady, very helpful and fast too. I got my passport size photo just in 5 minutes that too on Saturday. Very cheap price.

The lady is nice and i got my photos within mins. And it is in great quality.

This place is a true gem. This was my third attempt to take a passport photo, because I am am quite needy at certain things, and I really wanted to have a nice pic for my first NZ passport. Fortunately, Michelle's service and calm nature is just amazing. She took 11 pics, and we got a shot that I am very satisfied with. She even told me if you don't like any pic it's OK and we can just try. I am so thankful and would highly recommend this place, which looks simple from the outside, but the quality and service are top-notch with a very reasonable price.
