Small gym but they have all equipments need. I use the boxing room for stretching after my workout. Peak hours are after the office hours.

Came in to sign up my mrs and she loves the gym environment.Staff is kick back and helpful rather the manixPT there is solid. Mrs signed up 5w ago, seeing a lot of improvement

No room for battle ropes, it's better to go late at night. During the day all the island men take up so much space using one machine, they group together and chat more then work out. They need a better building, the equipment is too close to each other

OK gym ONLY because its not packed in the mornings and even the afternoons (never worked out in the evenings, so i cant say much). Equipment is mid af but tbh, you really dont need complex and fancy equipment to build muscle or lose weight.Ps: bring your own toilet paperPps: try Robbers Burgers literally right next door.

This gym has definitely declined over the past 3 years, Toilets were quite dirty, also there were heaps of machines out of order, wont be coming back here.

First time back in a while, was a little hesitant on going, due to my last visits. The gym is looking much better, clean, smells nice, the members are friendly and polite.Did nit catch the managers name, friendly, engaged with members and was cleaning. Will be back.

Loving this gym. Been with this team in the past and recently returned. It's kick back and if you go at the right time it's not so packed. The air is clean and the people are OK when they're not staring at you. Overall I'd recommend this gym to everyone that's wanting to join a gym.
