Came here for COF on my housebus. Carried out the check and then allowed me into pit to show me things that would need attention in the near future. Good price, very friendly and helpful.

Sadly the crew has lacked the knowledge they used to have, went in with a few vehicles and seem to fail there inspection. Take it to VTNZ and it passes don't know whats going on but they no longer are my go to. Also went around on Saturday morning within there operating hours and they were closed. dissapointed in riverside auto as they were me and my families go to mechanics.

Took my motor home for COF it failed on two small things. Took it to my mechanic in Taihape as that’s where I live. Got the work done still not good enough he said!! So unfortunately got a bit mad threw it at him and left. Took to VTNZ it passed and the guys said this mechanic is not up with the play. Get with the times I would definitely NOT recommend hopeless!!

Have been dealing with Dave and the team for a few years now, we have regularly put 5 vehicles through riverside autos. Dave always goes above and beyond time and time again. If the problem is substantial he calls and lets us know what is going on with the repair for the vehicle. The cost is also very competitive, thank-you for the prompt efficient service!
