I purchased an epipe online as a gift for a family member. Through no fault of the vendor, when it was delivered, the pipe was missing from the box. One email and VapingNZ got in contact and delivered a replacement within 24 hours. Superlative customer service, and I’d not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend!

Would give 0 if it was a option, honestly rude staff, don't know a thing about pods honestly surprised they still have a business after the way they treat people with opinions, have also been in there while they've sold to people who look far to young in high school uniforms, obviously don't know the law either. Wouldn't recommend them at all
