Well priced and got the job done. The installers should brush up on EECA’s Good practice guide for Heat pump installation however; didn’t use stainless steel fixings or ensure sufficient room on both sides of the indoor unit. Outside the unit wasn’t bolted to the concrete pad as is recommended, and the insulation on the coil was cut a bit short on the heat pump end so copper is exposed for the last few cm.
