As the new owner of a business, updating the existing old business website was one of many tasks that needed to be tackled in the first few months. The team at Monster have been incredibly helpful and responsive and have guided me through the first steps of migrating to a new host and updating the website. There was no hard sell just a clear focus on what could be offered and all reasonably priced. What seemed initially quite overwhelming now seems very achievable. I'm really pleased with the initial modernisation of our website and look forward to working with Monster to keep updating our website content over the next few months. Monster Creative have been amazing to deal with. They are professional and have delivered us an outstanding website for our customers.

We have had two brand name changes in three years. Our first name change happened after we sold the retail part of our business along with its trading name Bay of Islands Computers. I decided I could sort it all myself and came up with the new name @Computer & created our own website. Because I did not do any due diligence I did not realise for the first few months that Google was no longer listing us due to the @ symbol. I also found that creating our own website was an ongoing mission as we did allocate time for maintenance.With the second name change we decided to use the experts as we could not afford to make another mistake with our branding. We hired Tanay to work on our branding & Teresa to create us a logo & website. We now have a new name, tagline, message, logo, brand guidelines, website and so much more.
