1st time I've been n wd def go again! Having spent 2months in wgton n leaving behind our 1st newborn grandchild n parents I really needed a pick me up plus I'd just heard there was a tangi back home in Rotorua I needed to go to.The store was clean tidy aesthetically pleasing there were lots of beautiful garments there arranged in a way that didn't overwhelm.The staff were welcoming friendly encouraging supportive, attentive honest n helpful. Nothing was too difficult for them to find. I felt as though I had my own personal assistant as I tried on several tops pants dresses n jewellery!I loved my purchases so much I wore my new top pants and necklace out the store (which i wore for the next 3days n @ the tangi!) n was able to buy a dress too!I'm sorry I 4got the name of the gorgeous lady who helped me but I'm so thankful that she was sensitive to how fragile I was feeling. I walked out of there w my mahunga held held high looking n feeling a million bucks.Blessings! ♥

Love this store ..I save up money buy 300 500 dollors ..and I save heaps on good quality clothing..

I went to the Ōtaki store to pick up my click and collect and whilst there I bought more clothes and shoes. I received such superb service, really outstanding. I wore my shoes I bought as I was going out in the morning I took them off when I got home as I was going to a function to cut a long story short my son let our puppy upstairs he fell asleep and she destroyed the chain on my new left shoe hoping the outstanding device can recommend what I can do I’m so gutted!

Prices are worth going back for. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Always great staff here. Just wished they would reduce the amount of items on racks so you can see garments better.
