Always good service and quality drinks.Self service machines are a joy to use and really quick unlike some supermarket ones which are slow, show endless prompts and freeze. Tank have this sorted! Great to see, well done.

Very disappointed on the food quality at tank Newmarket recently - ordered a Thai Beef Wrap, and the beef inside are all too old to chew. I have raised it with the girls at counter, and all they said was “sorry, the beef was pre-packed”. I ended up eating the wrap with all beef taken out, and don’t think it’s worth the money spent with a wrap and few vegetables. Will never come back again.Update: have contacted the Tank team on with the email address provided in the review response below and never hear back from them. I do appreciate the owner's attitude on trying to make things up to the standard. Hope the future customer won't have the same experience as I did.

Great customer service! Javiera is really nice and charming. She took my order and prepared my food really fast!

- Orders a guacamole green chicken wrap- Takes a bite of the wrap and wonders where the avocado is.- Takes a few more bites, avocado is nowhere to be seen.- Realizes that I'm too deep into the wrap to make a fuzz about it.- Finishes the wrap unsatisfied knowing I didn't get what I paid for. And I didn't get informed about it.- 10/10 would not come back and order again.

Visited newmarket on 3/12 around 3:45 and received worst service ever. There was a lady had the manager badge, served us so badly!! We asked her if she can make the smoothie with ginger and we were happy to pay extra but she refused. We bought two tank mangoes but looks like the lady did not wanted to do it for one smoothie. We also asked if they can make one without ice but again refused. Very rude and disappointing!!Worst service by manager herself!!! Never visisted a place where you pay extra but still do not get what you want. We asked for a refund and still she did not bothered to check if someone had allergy!! Totally disappointed.

Would give a zero star if it was an option! I recently made a complaint on your website, which I never got a reply to. I have an extreme allergy to nuts and was highly disappointed when I ordered the same smoothie for the past 3 years, it tasted watered down and had no flavour. Afterwards, I began to feel sick and not long after, threw up the drink and started having allergic reactions. I ended up having to go to the hospital with a severe rash. DO NOT RECOMMEND, please do not go there if you have an allergy because they will not take it seriously. Very disappointed.

Very good just overpriced. $5.90 for a mini kids drink. Maybe I’m just getting old I dunno. Usually I get drinks for free. But paying for a drink this size is crazy. Still a frustrating experience and it hasn’t improved. Can’t easily get special in store or via the store auto order screens. Staff don’t know how to enter specials manually. Thought I’d do them a favour and switch to the app, but then you get charged a service fee!Their special system has been Problematic since day 1 since they introduced it 2 years ago.

Fresh juice, smoothies and healthy drink store. So many varieties and healthy option. Reasonable price and fresh.

I stopped by around lunch and grabbed a juice. The shop is located in the foodcourt on the 277 side of the Westfield Newmarket. They had a limited edition one called mango mojo so I decided to try it. It wasn't hard to order and it didn't take too long for it to come out. The juice was nice since you could taste the fruits that were in there, mango, pineapple and strawberry. They had really interesting looking smoothies with mango and coconut which found tasty. They also did food but I didn't try any.
