we recently purchased a house that has a clearlite shower fitted, the white plastic pivot clamps are cracked. I attempted to buy replacements from clearlite, they refused to. I had to buy them from the one and only Australian for over $100. They arrived and the replacement grey pivot clamps do not fit the glass. Very disappointed in the quality of the product and the not fit for purpose replacement pivot clamps.In response to the reply, so you want me to spend more money on engaging a contractor to fit pivot clamps that have no flex and will not fit the clearlite shower glass door...Not happening....Not fit for purpose....

They don't actually sell anything there they just have a display of all of their products and then you go to your local supplier installer whatever and purchase it through them. They were extremely helpful and solved my problem

I drove from my home in West Auckland to their premises in Glenfield.My reason for going to Clearlite was to purchase an item for the shower. I gave the sales person a piece of paper with product details. I was told there was nobody in factory and they don't sell parts or accessories on Saturday. I advised that I work during the week and won't be able to come over during their business hours. I was advised that I could order part through a local hardware shop. I was very upset that there was nothing on their website about showroom only open on a Saturday. I wasted half of Saturday morning going to their premises to come away with nothing . A gross waste of time and petrol.Lucky to get one star.

Poor customer service and poor craftsmanship on a product.
