Just completed a trip on the Coastal Pacific and Tranz Alpine for a group of 12. All organised by Bill. This is the second trip for our group that Bil has put together. Nothing is ever a problem, accommodation suggested is good. Thanks again Bill.

My impression was the travel agent really wasn't interested in helping me. Minimal information given when l asked for options. I felt like l was a complete nuisance !Took my $ 3000 + booking ( flights and accommodation ) to a more helpful agency. The other agent there Bill was excellent , but had no confidence or desire to deal with the one l was allocated.
