Partner consulted them for a quote after reading a good review from a FB female group in Welly - a guy came in, even took photos of our bathroom and living area, never came back for a quote despite following up twice in weeks. Would have been nice if they told us they don't know how to do it and unable to do a quote than telling us they would get back to us, wasted our time, could have gotten someone else right after they came in. Would not recommend.
